Erica applies her extensive breadth of knowledge to helping companies of all types and sizes implement sustainability practices.

Erica joined Millani in March 2017. She has more than ten years of consulting experience in sustainability and responsible investment, in Canada and in Europe. After an internship with the World Resources Institute in Washington, D.C., Erica joined Deloitte’s Sustainability group before moving to France where she worked for GreenFlex, a leading sustainability consulting firm based in Paris.
Today, Erica provides advisory services in ESG integration for both investors and companies. Having worked and supported companies of all sizes and sectors, from SMEs to institutional investors, Erica has developed a deep understanding of sustainable development and is able to bridge the gap between companies and investors on environmental, social and governance issues.

Erica holds a B.Com. in International Management with a minor in Environment from McGill University, a Masters in Sustainable Development (MSc) and a Certificate in Energy & Finance from HEC Paris, as well as the Sustainable Investment Professional Certification (SIPC) designation from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.
Erica also participated in the fifth cohort of L’Effet A, a professional development program helping women to reveal their full potential and achieve their ambitions.
