Passionate about sustainable finance, Léa is eager to support both investors and companies in as they transition to a more integrated ESG approach.
Léa completed her Bachelor's thesis on integrated reporting with a focus on corporate environmental performance and disclosure. She then completed her Master's thesis on green bond issuance and its impact on the global financial market. Léa then joined ORCOM US, a CPA firm based in the United States, where she worked as a Senior Accounting and Taxation Associate, preparing and analyzing financial statements, taxes and participating in audits using IFRS standards. Currently, Léa assists clients with Millani’s corporate clients with materiality assessments, and investor clients with responsible investment policy development and sustainable investment taxonomies.
Léa holds two Master of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration from NHH University and in Finance from NOVA School of Business and Economics, and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management from EBS University. She has native fluency in French, C1-level proficiency in English and B2-level proficiency in Spanish.
